Hi guys,

Did post on a seperate thread but no one replyed so having a go this way.

Fitted my universal intercooler on the weekend but the boost pipe that goes into the inlet keeps popping off at the sleeve.

Anyone know what to do to cure this? Seems like the pipe I got is too small for the sleeve.

cheers

Mine done this so i got a new hose joiner with beaded (raised) edge and a new bit of hose like these.

Hose joiner

Silicone hose

The silicone hose was a tight to get over the oem hose but does go and has been fine ever since.

Investing in good quality (Mikalor) clamps will sort most issues with pipes popping off under boost. Jubilees don't normally cut it

bought the new pipes during the week and turned up yesterday. Fitted them earlier and everything is 100%. Thanks for the help guys!
