Upgrade rear brake set up

I was wondering if there is a larger set up that you could fit on my ibiza fr? I have searched on the site but cant really find much info. If the front brakes off the TT would fit, then surely the rear ones would aswell because at the minute ive got big brakes on the front and tiny discs on the back and it looks a bit odd.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

there was site about showing how to do the 256 swap fella , il have a browse , there is also the neuspeed and ECS big disc conversion for the rears as well , rears do little work anyhow 20% or thereabouts

vagtech used to show a fitting guide for the TT256mm conversion on their site but it has changed , GOLFTURBO said on a previous thread he has the guide n if u email him he'll send it ,

If you upgrade the brakes at the rear won't you have to fiddle around with the brake balance/bias as well? Surely it's a lot of hassle for not much gain aside from looks?

Just toying with ideas at the minute but it would be good if it could be done.
