Ok,

Try grabbing the entire VCDS-Lite folder and move it into my documents. Then launch VCDS-lite.

Ive dragged all the documents to my documents,still the same,ive turned the windows firewall off aswell,and still comes up unregistered

Hmm, I have never run into that. I'll talk to our techs and see if they have run into that before. Please post your computer specs, and OS you are running.

Ok, download the Zip file included in the email to the VCDS-Lite folder. then open the zip and move the VCA file to the VCDS-Lite directory.
