oh yeah, you need a relay to keep a live feed to the dipped beam whilst the main is on with them lights. i had to sort that on mine last weekend ready for mot. just so you know dude :D

I quite like using them as police lights haha, will put old lights in for MOT ;p

Alright bud, love the progress with the car, looks mean!

I have a question about the HIDs,
I saw a thread on SCN last night saying you don't have to have headlight washers etc as long as it has a good beam pattern, so im researching now :D

Where did you get yours from?
How are you getting on with them? Does the Hi/Low beam work well?

Thanks matey!

Thanks mate :)

I have had two different sets of HID's, the first were the H4 Hi/low which i bought on ebay for £45 which worked well and lasted about a year. Then i upgraded to the dual reflector headlights and bought some H7 Hid's for the dipped from a chinese warehouse in Birmingham for £30.

I'm guessing you mean the H4? They worked well but the only thing thing is using them to flash people in the day (when headlights aren't on) causes them strain as they aren't warmed up and rapidly flashing them apparently causes the bulbs to f**k up lol.
