Well I polished then waxed and then put a paint sealant on and guess what happened next................it rained just my luck

Got some new DRLs, the 27 SMD ones from HIDs Direct work with no errors 
hopefully they'll last longer than my other bulbs did!

I have these ones too. Been in 6 months and no problems! (62 Plate with xenons)
Do get the odd time where the bulb warning comes on the dash, but it goes once the lights have been on for a few mins & heated up a bit. By odd time I mean like 3 times in 6 months.

Any pics mate??? The old mk1 LCR used to rival the front lights with its reverse ones lol. Can't say the same for the mk2

The best thing I've purchased for my FR so far. It's so so good, I couldn't live without it now.

Genuine one from Dave is about £140 inc delivery. They can be had for a similar price on eBay. I think a couple of other SEAT dealers are beginning to sell parts on eBay.
Don't bother with the cheap crap.
Also, I fixed mine to the centre console using Velcro dots so that its easy to remove if needed and also won't leave any screw holes.
I paid £130 off eBay free p&p.i have to but new kichen in an extend it in dinning room .so my down pipe will have to wait now an hpfp an stage 2+
