It's a joke! They would charge an hours labour to change a bulb I bet! That's £50+

I was so angry at myself for not being able to do it that I checked YouTube and it seems on a Megane it takes a green flag man 45 minutes to change 1 bulb and a normal human 53 seconds to change a golfs...

I don't see how removing the bumper would help the dipped beam is 2 inches away from the fuse box which isn't moving lol

It took 3 mechanics an hour to change the dipped beam and the side light on my old Pro_ Ceed. I was abit embarrassed about having to get them to do it, but I almost had no knuckles left.

Changing the bulbs on the MiTo is child's play though.

Just updated my rather limited RR thread with these changes
.
Finally got hold of facelift heater control panel. One of my major gripes with car was having to continually pressing those buttons to adjust the temperature.

Sprayed the door trim panels gloss black.

And finally a nice little touch on the boot badge to go with the yellow black theme on the wheels.

Found a place i can get my 3sdm 18" in 8.5 front n 9.5 rear. Would this be a problem? Was going for 8.5 all round

It all depends on your E.T ( offsets ) my 8 x 18" all round are E.T 30 front and 25 rear which is quite low for leons.. my fronts just catch the inside lip of my arches going over speed bumps @ say 20mph..but are fine for everyday driving..my rears just clear and I do mean just...im going to 215/40's on the front ( currently 225/40 ) which should Clear the inner arch lip...

Is this job easy to do ? I do have facelift heater controller sitting in my garage and waiting for fitting ...
