I have started to create my own loom so that I can enable the voice control on my RNS 510 from my Bluetooth module and get stereo A2DP streaming.

A question: when snipping and soldering connectd wires (in the bluetooth loom) in the car, should I disconnect the battery?

i must be getting old and boring Ive come from a remapped focus ST2, and sold my stage 3 cossie a couple of years ago, and neither felt as big a leap from standard as the Cupra. Nearly **** myself in 3rd gear

Weekend number 2 of nursing a heavily cut and fractured finger, so still no making use of the clear weather for a nice polish before it turns.
Busy the 2 weekends after that so 'fingers crossed' I get a chance at all.
