Looks like a handy piece of kit that camera!

Today I fitted genuine seat mudflaps to the front of my car, looks good and they only cost £4 brand new so im happy. Hopefully reduce the crud that gets thrown up by the wheels and is a nightmare to get off.

where from? do you have the part no.?
i only have one as it was on the car when i got it but id like a complete set lol

The rear ones are for a toledo so are not a striaght fit, however at that price I ham happy to take a knife to them and do some fitting!

The front ones came with allsorts of fancy clips to attach, as well at the 3 existing bolts and holes in the arch liner, I didnt bother with any of that and just out them in the existing holes as all lined up ok.

It is :) Just need to make the cable disappear and attach it properly.

Do you have a direct link or eBay nr for the flaps?

I finally fitted my cold side DV relocation kit from Creations Motorsport. Needed to cut off a bit from the IC hose. Fits like a glove, nice piece of kit!

Run it in the stock position I am sure the VAG group had spent many millions and had a team of engine builders look into this 15 years ago and came up with the conclusion it's the best place for it. Hot side of the intercooler has higher pressure an an IC will cause pressure drops. Less air being dumped so your not emptying the IC on every gear change so the turbo spools better, the modelled intake track is part of the mapping so the ECU knows what's going on between each gear change and knows how long to pause enrichment injection between shifts

i just cleaned all the crap/dead skin out of the gaps in my key....it was pretty discusting the amount of stuff i got out of it!! :O

Just taught my son how to wire in a relay and what they do (with him doing 85% of the work)
The relay down by the horn is no good, far to exposed to the elements.
It now sits by the battery.

Bought new dealer mk4 golf aero blades with discount from work, made a bodge air box cover to stop water being sucked into holes as I don't have an undertray, and re-fitted my front pressed plate with no more nails pads!
