Lowered front (lcr shocks, and lowering springs kindly donated by a friend:))
Re fitted my n112 (not 249 though) to clear up sai fault code
Drove upto and through London yesterday  - was slightly less than fun, averaged less than 20mpg too I think. Hoovered and given the inside a 'spruce up' and put in a new air freshener. Next week ill be moaning about parting company with £150, for 6 months rent!

Tweaked to 223.3hp 263.8lbft

How much better are cupra r shocks?

I was going to borrow them for a while ad they have new tyres on and my mate just took them off an impreza he bought but as I'd need spacers and longer bolts so I gave up and took a pic lol

Ordered Pipewrex 3" down pipe and decat from Awesome gti yesterday. Also just ordered a show numberplate with my FroggyLCR name on. Thought it might to good to have on the dashboard at meets, like AmD rolling road next month.

Fitted Mk4 Golf R32 wheels, had to use 10mm spacers to clear the brakes. Better pics over the weekend but this is it now:

I like those, just need some spacers to clear the brakes. I had to get some to fit my R32 wheels. You keeping them silver?

I've not bought them,my mate was taking them off his impreza so I was going to use them for abit but when I realised it would mean me buying spacers I put them back in his bodyshop ,although he has offered them to me quite cheap lol

How much better are cupra r shocks?

Only did fronts, as far as I'm aware, the standard Cupra ones are hydraulic and the 'R' ones are gas, it feels a little smoother/less bumpy, despite being lowered, (and its on 17s too)
i even got away with it, with the missus! lol (no complaints, yet.....he says)
I'll be the doing the rears when I get round to it, incase they are better.

Made in Spain, made better in England;) 223.3hp 263.8lbft
