Washed car tonight then filled new intercooler seals .....at last

Mine scorpion used to pop,bang,clout and sound like gun fire on cold start. Although you wouldn't want to be having a fag behind it at the time!!
Could well be never heard a car do that just from changing the filter was it an 80mm neck on it how big is the filter?

Drove mine for the first time in five and a half weeks as been working down in Equatorial Guinea.
Also got her booked in for my turbo down pipe and decat fit and some other exhaust bits, only 3 weeks to wait though So impaintient when comes to bits for my car.

Made a start to fitting the intercooler. Had to make holes for n75 and MAP sensor. Took a little bit of thinking but was cheap and easy to add them to the pipe work.
That car must be eligible for a pension by now mate!

Yep that was filled just before we went down to see the folks on Wed, still a decent amount in the tank too

Yesterday I washed, clayed, polished & waxed the car. Took me about 6 hours but was well worth it.
Removed the old faded FR badges and replaced with new ones
Then polished the tail pipes.
Spent the next half hour admiring the car

I nipped in there earlier to get my 3" DP+decat booked in to be fitted, they mentioned someone from Newcastle came down for a system, what do you think?Making the trip to Sheffield from newcastle to cobra to get my turbo back fitted!
