The cars which are old and not services well leak oil but nowadays no such cars are found on roads easily, I wanted to Rent a Car Faro Airport and a car hire firm showed me some really nice cars

Took my car to have strut top bearings and bushes changed only to find out that the spring had snapped at the very top. Good excuse to upgrade to a set of coilovers.
Got myself some OEM VW wheelbolt covers. Please note, the yellow tape is temporary

Looking for a magnetic sump plug though if anyone has any links? Also DA polished and waxed the cupra with my new Meguiars DA polisher! 
Oil change + filter, cabin filter, fuel filter, rear pads all ready for the commute to work tomorrow.

Spent the day/night pulling the turbo off and the entire exhaust system. God these Ko4's are a PIG to work on! Having real issues getting access to the manifold bolts.
Really hoping the stage2 set ups gonna be worth all this effort.

I'm saving for a cupra, got to £800 so far, another £1500 to go and I reckon I'll have enough for an OK one
Looked at it yesterday full service history in grey 72k on clock just needs 2 tires on front paying £4750... will post some pictures when I get back

Fitted a stock Airbox on LCR to try and quieten the noise. Unfortunately it has lost a tiny bit of mid range compared to big JR. filter/heatshield combo but needs must. Will have to do some logs to compare
