Thought I'd revive this one - my rear ARB finally arrived today and it turns out it's not a Whiteline one but an H&R one. Didn't come with any fixings so I might have to pick your brains about those and whether I can make it work.
Something for everyone else though - as it's H&R, they do two rear ARBs for the Leon - one for the Cupra R and one for all the other models, and I've got one for the Cupra R. The way I understand it, all of the mk1 Leons have the same rear axle setup, so before I start trying to get hold of fixings etc, is there any reason why I can't fit it to my FR?
H&R rarb fitting kits are easy to put to together yourself and have done on my own car previously.
Buying the kit separately is extremely difficult and stupidly expensive hence I just bought the pieces on ebay for a fraction of the price.

Here are some pictures of the clamps I used on my h&r roll bar. I think the clamp size I used was 97-104. I think I had tried the next size down and failed to get the bolt to locate and tighten.
You’ll need longer bolts for the lower shock fixing.

I'm going to message the guy I bought them from to see if he has anything, because it was literally the ARB with the bushes for the rear axle and nothing else.
It's not the adjustable one (just one mounting point), but am I supposed to get drop links as well?
I didn't pay much for it, so don't really mind spending a little to get it on the car, but it's always good to know what I'm supposed to have to begin with!

I've just acquired a pair of H&R anti roll bars for my mk1 Leon (almost a mk4 Golf) and on stripping them down from the rear beam the retaining straps snapped off due to rust and crap. Has anyone managed to source these clamps separately or even a complete fitting kit which includes the front...

No drop links, just bolts through the damper mounting. You can try the stock bolts if you like (may just fit) or order slightly longer ones. Bushes just need metal straps round and tightening up to hold stuff in place
Such a relief. Thanks everyone - will get to ordering those straps and some longer lower shock bolts.
I think you all know this is a mod I've been itching to do for ages, so I can't wait to get it on the car and give it a go.

been eyeing these since i got my leon, i would colour code it myself but i think they look good. Hard to find pictures of it fitted further than 6 inches away though lol
I'm ashamed to say I never got to drive the GTi - I drove a pretty well tuned 205 1.6 though - that thing was like a roller skate.
If that's the case, I certainly bloody hope so!

It’s not as snappy as early hot hatches like the 205 but it does happen in the wet in a comfortable way
