Whats this, some kind of valve?

I snapped a bit of pipe on it, a vaccum line runs into it, the one off the top of the dump valve.

I drilled it out to get a bit pipe in there and realised it doesn't actually go anywhere??? It's just a dead end, no port into the 'box' or anything.

Can see the bit I snapped here. The pipe was on there but that hole just goes no where, no ports going anywhere else.

looks like your n249 or n112? to me. both look the same i think.

It was to the right of the coilpacks if that helps.

yeah thats the pic, if it's the one on the right you could always leave it plugged in electrically and just bypass it like the guide (i assume it would be ok), or buy a new one.

Well I was planning on bypassing it so I might aswell leave it. Just plug it in.

seems the cheaper way to get you out of a muddle, it don't take 2 mins to do, just make sure it's secure and not rolling about on the rocker cover.

N112 and N249 are identicle, even same part number (just for referance)

just bypass it as already said
