I'm running 20mm spacers all round with no issues. But my wheels are ET45.
Try and get some hubcentric ones. 10mm would probably do fine. Some often come up in the for sale section.
iv got 2 20mm hubcentric ones here, think that would be a bit to much for the front though. i think il just go for it and buy them, im sure i can easily sell them if i cant get them to fit.
while the ET number will give an indication, it really depends on the alloy design.
If you find an alloy that fits with a specific ET it does not mean all alloys with the same ET will fit over the brembos.
Therefore the only way to be sure is to put one on the car
if you can find a decent helpful shop you could ask nicely if you can pop one on to see whats required. They dont need to put the tyre on initially to see if it clears the brembos, if they do then great.
If you need to start putting spacers on then you really need the tyre on to see if they protrude from the arches. (MOT fail).

It might be with an ET35 wheel but you could trial fit to at least see how much room you have to play with.
As Andy said see if you can use a helpful shop. I used Demon Tweeks and they were great. Let me offer up a test wheel and spacers. Although I was buying all the wheels and spacers from them so it was in their interest.
