Got there in the end lol!!!! Will post some before & after pictures when done ;-)

Is your car a LC or a LCR? If it is a LC is there any difference in standard width etc etc

the rear end is the same on an LCR and LC so 15mm spacers should be identical on both. Its just the front ends that have slight differences ;)

Cool, ive decided 15mm rear then FINALLY!!!

At the end of the day if i dont like i can always sell them on here hehe.

The place you told me to ring didnt have 15 in stock BUT they are currently making some so should be ready in 2weeks ;-) In time to get me some longer bolts.

Thatcham locking nuts £34 for set.......i only need 2 haha so prob get the cheaper locking nuts!!!

dude 15mm are a good compromise and you will defo pass an MOT with them cos ive passed 2. you will notice the diference straight away, but look miles cooler when the car is lowered 25mm or so....

Istill want 20mm though, just to get a go-kart look haha

Just make sure you get the correct bolts either for standard wheels or after-market ones.

Can anyone confirm for definite that 11mm Forge Hubcentric Spacers fit the rear hubs of a LCR ok? I've heard and read there may be an issue with the hub "lip"

Would be much appreciated

Thanks!

George

If there are issues they can be overcome with a dremel... speaking from experience :)

Ok mate. It's annoying because Forge said that the 10mms should fit fine, but I'm not 100% confident about their answer.

I suppose I could whack them on the lathe at work, are you talking about making the pocket on the spacer that accommodate the hub rim deeper?

Yea, but they are not forge.. they are ebay specials! Just dremel an extra 1mm of depth to the spigot cut in the spacer.

Hmm, that's put me off the ebay ones a bit now, I was away to order a set. I've got some other 15mm hubcentric ones in the loft waiting, might see if they fit the rear ok, did you have to dremel out the ones on your front hubs Danny?

No, the aluminium spacers I got from eBay have been fine on front and rear. It was the Delta-mic steel spacers that needed machining a little bit.
