Which brake fluid?

I'm upgrading to a brembo setup and braided lines. I have no idea which brake fluid to use, is there one that anyone would recommend?

Used to use ATE superblue but that's been changed, have motul rbf 660 now. No issues with either on track but will need changing more regularly.

I'd heard about the superblue stuff, the dye isn't allowed anymore or something,. How much fluid is usually needed to do a complete fluid change?
