HID's DIRECT in manchester little bit more but any problems and they can't do enough to help you (apparently), altho mine are ok, just need the money back off diane shop

Hello all

I have just bought myself a Cupra R - comes on Thursday :)

I really want HIDS - I am willing to spend upto £80 for a set - was just wondering if the cheap sets are as good as the higher priced sets such as these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SEAT-LEON-HID...12|39:1|66:2|65:12&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14.l1318

I dont mind paying more if the quality is better

Also cant decide between 4300k and 6000k, if anyone has comparable pictures of these that would be great

Thanks
Andy

i brought the same make as ur link for my ep3 civic type r a yr ago, at 8000k, no problem at all, is super bright with a hint of blue.

I stress this a lot. whether you spend £30 or £130 you will get the same kit from the same factories in a posher box.
so all you are doing is buying the warrenty. so if your a gambler like me go for a hong kong set. my dianne shop ones have been in my car for over 18 monthes now and still going strong.

here's 6000k hids
They are brighter than the 8000k and the signs light up hite now, rather than blue like they do with 8000k.

PIAA high beam 100w bulbs half way through.
