well... where do i start. first of all before any one says "read the difference 1.4 thread" i have! lol. it gave me a few clues- but nope for definely which ibiza mk2 1.4 has the cupra/gti interior

ive got a 1.4 CLS 95 and thats a VERY basic car. im defintly going to get anought ibiza as i think they are great cars!

ive 2grandish. i would love to get the real gti or cupra but im only 18!

anyway- thank for your help guys/ and maybe girlies

none of the lower output motors got them mate, your best bet is to hold out until you can find a proper set of cuprasport,gti or cordoba sx seats. ebay turns them up every so often and go for around 200 quid.

for 2k youo could get yourself a cordoba 16v coupe, there have been a few of us had them at an age where insurance was a little high but now the price of the car is that low insurance isnt so much of a problem.

I have the CLX-S... came with the GTi interior bar the seats.. (incl back dash trim, gti wheel, 14s with low pro rubber, front door speakers, rear headrests, full gti center console, lower half console, and housing all around past the gear stick/handbrake, 7k rpm rev counter, few more bits and bobs

The SXE also came with GTi interior not sure about the gti seats though, but it has popout windows, alarm, immob, electrics, sunroof, etc.

I'm sure someone has something against the back of Ibiza's.... my show car got rear ended coming out of a carshow causing 2,600 euro worth of damage..

Another show car ibiza 50 miles from me also got rear ended at a show...

Jesus... Something happend like that with mine (its been rear ended twice.. once when my rear end looked like urs, red and standard bits)

It aint that hard to fix, the damage looks worse than it is.. bet you can't close your boot tho!

Ahh seriously, if you get the rear end "Pulled", and your boot sorted, then no one gonna see the big dents in the back after a rear "bodykit" bumper goes on.

its a VERY clean ibiza. i know the whole history of the car. first owner had it for only 800miles. second owner- a women i used to work with, she had it up until 84k when she sold it to me. FULL service history EVER mot to prove millage 12months mot, 6months tax for the bargian price of 550quid! well i thought it was

£2K should get you a gti or cupra sport or something.

thats what my cupra sport cost me and i was only 18 when i bought it, insurance isnt that bad either as its only group 11 i think.

my insurance company has a prolem with any thing that has a GTI badge on it! wouldnt even touch me on a AX GT! lol and there only a group 9

The 1999 1.4 S (end run on mk2) had the 8v cupra interior I belive apart from the silver dials which could easily be changed with a kit off fleabay. Most had other optional extras such as alloys and elsectric mirrors.
