will a dump valve fit my ibiza

spoke to a guy 2day from revo and he said he wont advise fitting a dump valve and a diverter valve would be better because the dump valve sends flames into the airflow meter causing the management light to keep coming on.
my mates got 1 fitted to his mk3 ibiza and he hasn`t had any problems any 1 got 1 fitted to thier ibiza

I think you must have got the wrong end of the stick, there's no one in this office that would tell you you'd get flames in the MAF from fitting an atmospheric valve...

Tell your friend to take off his BOV though.

well you say that... BUT I have seen my wastegate flapper thru my exhaust housing it was so damned hot and translucent!

flames from the DV tho made me smile.
