Yes, take them apart and switch the dial templates over

did it on my 106 and boy do i wish i did not start it, but did look good when done.

I have a white dialed intrument cluster in mine from an '03 Cupra (mine is yr.2000)

They fit straight in but you will need the immobiliser recoding at Seat for your troubles.
