Was taken from the glove box of a Seat Leon

Sure that says it all......

You'll need a wire/loom to connect it to the headunit though - unless you've already got one pre-wired (not sure on this)

thats the bit i was unsure of, are they expensive and where can i get a loom from?

Some cars had the wiring present - depends if you've ever had a changer in the car or not (you'd only know this if you owned the car from new i suppose)

The required wiring should be able to be purchased from a SEAT dealer.. not sure on price though.

Hopefully someone on here will chirp up soon :)

dont think its ever had a changer, its a year 2000 "W" 1.6 S so pretty basic lol

not a big job to fit though im assuming?

Nah, couple of strips cut from a credit card to slot into the headunit to remove it, plug the end of the cable with the blue square connector into the back ... pass the rest of the lead round the back of the glovebox (having removed the tray) and plug it into the changer.
