Wiper motor issues

In the process of de-wipering my rear window and I've managed to remove the the wiper motor from behind the boot trim ....BUT.... how do I disconnect the wires that power it?

I would have a search through the forum but as time is short I need a quick answer.

Never had a good look at mine but there must be a plug someware, either on the motor it self or a junction box somware.
