wiring OEM gauges

One maybe for the more experienced amongst us here;

I have bought a set of LHD Seat Sport (Original equipment) gauges that fit into the centre console.

Now it has a plug that looks exactly like it plugs into the wiring loom somewhere.

Q. here is - does anyone know if its a basic plug and play or if i need to somehow wire the gauges to the battery and also to the oil pressure regulator.

Pics on request as i'll need to take them first.

I dont know but i would be surprised if it wasnt just a straight plug and play.

Take the gauges for example, if you have a set without a rev counter as standard and switch them for a set with a rev counter, the rev counter works. Hence why i would be surprised if it wasnt!

there plug and play inside the car, only thing you need to do is fit the pressure sensor in the engine bay and plug in the single black wire that should be kicking around by the oil filter housing
