would of thought the parts won't be too bad, as for labour wheel bearings are quite a fight i'm told

Surely the fuel pump is identical to the one found on a mk4 polo?!?
luckily i managed to get a free CV joint as nando had some laying around, the bearings i already had, and a new hub was £22 from GSF
but if i had to buy all the parts now and labour
Bearings (fronts) - £25
CV joint - £75
Hub - £22
Labour - up to £200
looks like a broke month this month
its still pretty hard to find one. since they are discontinued i have to obviously get one from a scrap yard.
ive found one of a 98 model which looks the same but i cant find the code on my pump to find out.
Must be a pattern part available surely, the polo fuel pump makes an entirely different noise to the SEAT's so i'm not so sure they are the same.

its could just be this shitty computer but that links not bringing anything up. i think i have found a secondhand one. hopefully this will solve my problems.
you know you have a MK2 Ibiza when you have the car for 3 weeks then your oil suddenly begins to drain and loads of smoke comes out the exhaust when you accelerate, and eventually have to replace the engine

you know you have a mk2 when you get the wheel bearings done, but the CV joint has siezed on to the bastid driveshaft!!!!!!
