get it from vagparts, cheaper than dealers.

its fitted with once fit metal clips that you will most likely break to remove.
so take a look at it BEFORE you take it off and get yourself some jubilee clips.

oh and remember / take note of which way round its fitted before removal.
sounds obvious, but...

oh and you want an 'F' type. thats the standard stock one . you may have an f or c fitted currently, they are the same, the f being a newer version.

I dont mean to be confusing - I thought the "J" was the better valve?

I might be wrong but I was just wondering ...

J is the racier one...causes sum cars problems.

If your happy with a standard car, may aswell keep the normal N75.

Iv just orderd a J valve for my stage 2 cupra..see how it goes.

well we'l see..Somepeople have said its dodgy..some people have said its the best mod they did.

Its not the full race one...just the sportier one. Worst comes to worst, il put the original back on.

because he has a stage 2 map that has been set up using values that will be given from a standard N75.
it also presumably takes the boost pressures to the edge of reliability. (ie no conservative factory settings to push) any more boost could be seriously detrimental.
although it would also probably end up in limp mode.

just my opinion.
