Had my car hooked up to Vagcom lastnight to see what faults it threw up, I got the following:-

2 Faults Found:
16955 - Brake Switch (F): Implausible Signal
P0571 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Do these make sense to anyone or anyone had these thrown up before?

My car has been running really rich @ top end for a while now pumping in too much fuel, MAF has been replaced & made a lot of difference but the car is still not 100%.

Its going into SEAT @ end of month to 'hopefully' get sorted, Just wondering if any Vagcom geeks would have rough idea of whats causing it?

Brake light switch is a common thing, had that on mine, easy enough to replace. The fuel trim error is lambda related, but not necessarily the lambda itself that is at fault. Could be down to a temp sensor or something causing it to run rich and therefore chucking up the lambda fault as it registers that over fuelling.

Dan,

I did think it may be lamda related... how did it feel on the way home?

Felt a bit better, 2nd gear was slightly better than normal but not by a huge margin.

EPC light has come back on again, is this to do with the brake switch?

Im gonna ask them to check over the temp sensors & lambda sensors when it goes in.

Do you think a boost leak could also be on the cards?

For the gys that are still running the KO3 Turbo, what do you normally boost at?

Ive got some logs i can stick if sombody wants a look?

Post the boost logs up Dan, I want to see how they compare to mine (requested V actual).
I'm surprised an additional part fault isn't appearing with the 'too lean' fault as I've had this before but it also listed the temperature sensor, although then it went into limp mode too.
