lol dunno if you heard my engine pretty much fell out lol, tracion was pretty bad but you have to expect that i only got 2 runs in and they were with my budget tyres on quickest was 15 flat but to be fair i was fully loaded with "sunny" tyres, i took my old fr alloys with the toyo tyres on i was going to do a few runs fully loaded with the crap tyres on then a few stripped out eith the toyo's on but on the 2nd run it all went wrong lol still beat AVRS twice :D then i took my lupo 1.4sport down there was up against a 306 gti6 and he beat me by about .6 of a second which i was wel impressed concidering the poor little thing is standard with a messed up clutch :D can't wait for next time. AVRS is running the same turbo as you isn't he??

Same turbo mikey just different mapping as sooty had the full stage 2 Allard treatment including mapping so would expect it to run slightly quicker then mine as who knows the turbo better then the manufacturers. My runs were completely crap (best 15.5) but just need to sort out the start then I'll be ok I think. Comparing my run with another fabia there which was remapped and got the same time but his 60ft time was 2.2ish while mine was 2.8-3secs which shows how much I span up compared to him. I'm getting the exhaust decatted this week and v3 of my mapping ;) so will be good to see what I get on the rollers next Saturday. Rash you should come with us to Flame and Thunder weekend on the 3rd November as they've got RWYB on the Sunday.

I do like those wheels and the leather seat, its a pity they didn't offer leather seat's in the the mk4 Cupra.

Just out of curiousity, how come the dyno graph end's at 4500rpm surely it rev's out abit further than that or is that just were they stopped as the torque had already dropped off a good bit?

Yeah but a 2003 car with 97000 miles for £10,000 even with all the mods is bloody dear, there is a 2004 fabia VRS with 37,000 miles and thats £5,500. Highly modified car with nearly 100,000 miles on it or buy a newer car with a lot less miles and get the mods done yourself with the spare money you save. Which makes more sense? When a car even a diesel goes over 100,000 miles it depreciates like hell and when it is highly modded even more.

Mikey you really won't stop spending money on your car will you. After getting my disappointing result on Saturday I need to save up to get another remap (rolling road) to get the best from my car. I realised how much my car is missing :( After that I will look at getting an LSD, however I may not have my car by that time it may be in the safe hands of my mum lol

well "apparently" the b and m short shifter will fit as its not just an attachment in the engine bay it is actually in the car but it means you have to have there crappy gear knob which i think looks s*** but hey its performance or looks and i would rather change gear quicker hahaha!! its £130 or £250 fitted
