disconnected rear brake lines, handbrake cables needed, front tyres, tie rods

need to start the engine :)

wipers need fitting, washer bottle & pump need fitting. spanner check.

MOT/Tax/Insurance

cash outlay is minimal, but long hours at work, and pretty much "feeling shattered" all weekend means I just can't get the time.

can't wait though.

Well that's fixed that.

Today someone ran fairly lightly into the back of me 5-10mph tops - didn't brake, since he was fetching stuff from his passenger footwell as we crawled through traffic to get to a roundabout.

No matter, it's not major damage - but some paint is damaged and tailgate lifted

easy DIY fix, but since I was going to put it up for sale in a little under 2 weeks it seems fitting that I 'go through insurance' since someone else is paying to repair it. In all reality it'll be written off. So that's a lot easier :)

pick up a rental tomorrow, so that'll get a hard life :D

basically I'm thinking of buying it back from the insurance, and selling to anyone that 'wants' it at cost +£100

and for the £100 they get tax til October (and MOT) 3/4 tank of fuel and about £150 of spares that are likely to be useful....

I have no further use for it, plus I'm expecting £500 from the insurance - luckily my neck isn't twinging, so I should be happy riding for the rest of the year, maybe buying something later in the year again.

I think some cow is off to pastures new....

that'd be the good option :)

spares package includes:

2x Koni dampers
2x Wishbones
2x Balljoints
2x Rod Ends
2x Front Top Mounts
1x Thermostat
2x Front hub carriers
1x Dizzy cap
4x HT Leads
1x Coil (maybe..)
