There are 3 sides to a turbo actualy, Rich.

Exhaust side (1) that actualy drives the compressor wheel that 'sucks' the air in through the filter (2) that is then forced out (3) through to the intercooler, which feeds the inlet manifold.

Yeh, I forgot the actual charge bit lol in my description air woulda just been coming in one side of the turbo and out the other, missing the whole internal combustion bit altogether lol, oops!

my post wasn't directed at you lol, i know what a turbo is I jsut forgot one bit in my description of it
