I know little to nothing about bushes, but would like to learn. Where is the cracking, I cant see any there? And are those the rear bushes?
Thanks, I can see it now! Is it a difficult to change them?
Yup they are showing signs of cracking - its only the two webs that are meant to be intact - the bits at the sides that have been rubbing are just meant for that purpose. Also yup only get Ibiza Cupra TCA rear bushes fitted - the p/n must start with 6LL if they try to sell you anything else say NO!! By the way, strange as it might seem, UK MOT will probably not get failed while they are in that condition - I'd think that they would need to be completely torn for you to get a failure on that item.
Bush fitting guide can be found here

i am in the process of having mine done too.

That's a really good guide well found matey, I think I may have a go at changing mine in the near future see if it helps some of the knocking noises I've been getting from the car.
I did mine. Pretty hard job! Note it's easier to take off the console when doing this. Only a handful of bolts and makes the job SO much easier! Also every bolt I took off went back in EXACTLY the same place so I don't know why people say you need four wheel alignment doin. Although think i'm gettin mine done soon anyway as replacing bent inner tie rod this weekend.
the knocking noises might just be your drop links as it was with mine, about £15 aach and dead easy to fit.
i found when my bushes went it was more of a creaking noise when starting and stopping than a knocking sound.
