Will an audi A6 Interior W8 Style Light fit in a Leon?

the one from the A6 - I know you haven't won it, but FWIW I dont think it will work as the shape of th headlining in the A6 is different to the leon IIRC. There is like an extra 'hump' that the light unit sits on that isnt there on the leon

Nope.

People always assume a dealer is more expensive when in reality its always worth checking first.

My light was £31.53, plug socket was £2.16. Both prices are plus Vat, I didnt get the 2 extra wires but I strongly advise getting them, I figured that working in a workshop I had similar connectors, I didnt and it caused me hassle trying to fashion something on.

cool, might be another little job for next week then Am i right in thinking that the "W8 light" is out of a new passat and/or tourag?
