wicked! i am going to take the day as i have it off, just take my time!, you mind me asking why u changed from forge to the Seat sport?
just done the intercooler, took me about 5 hours but aint quite got the bumper fitting 100%! as for the forge pipe work, i didnt think much of it, not for the price anyway! i modified mine, cut the 45 alloy bend by quite alot to make it fit tighter and some other bits!
the main problem i had was relocating the pressure sensor, it did just about fit but it didn look like it was going to last very long (cables were tight)! i reruited the cables between the engine and the water bottle! only problem i faced is that i had to cut and extend the earth cable to make it easier!
I have taken loads of photos so will prob do a FMIT guide!

5 hours! oh dear I will be useless then!lol
I best start early Saturday then...
true, the input in here has been most useful so far, me and my mate are tackling this saturday.
I have the fmic, the forge kit and two brackets. Do i need any extra bolts or anything?
right someone else is doing this no way I am paying out for a new bumper if I mess this up lol
O dear you bottled it lol its really not that hard to do.
Chino you should get phil or someone round to take pics as your doing it to do a guide for the rest of uswhen you going in for the stage 2 and that?
