that patrolled the M4 (Heathrow/Slough-end). Saw it with 'prey' on a couple of occasions: an M3 and a white Astra van (so there is a God, then? 
). Its blue lights are in the back of the rear-view mirror - a fetching strip of flashing LEDs. :gay:There was also a shabby-looking, previous-gen Modeo - crafty! - that cruised the Heathrow-end of the M3...

Well you southern lads are in trouble then with all these fancy copper cars. There's only one solution to prevent them catching you and thats to move up north around manchester way where the police are so ill equiped they'd have trouble catching you if you were riding a moped!

Kent police in Maidstone have a 58 plate black fr unmarked. And also Surrey police have an unmarked r36 estate. Jammy buggers
Surrey have a grey unmarked VRS octavia also a black focus ST. But there is a nack to spotting Surrey police cars, it's all in the numbeplate

unmarked mazda 6 sport has been floating around near me recently. plus an unmarked 530d in white (not exactly hard to tell its a police car) any white ford focus is a police car. never seen a white one that wasnt.

It would be quite pointless if a TRAFFIC police vehicle wasn't modified, otherwise it would never be able to keep up WITH souped up road cars that they are trying to stop !
They should also fit them with bull bars, like they do in the states, so if you dont stop, they will just nudge you off the road!
But there will always be exceptions, if the police come up against said fast cars, such as E92 M3s, Subaru, Skylines, plus supercars, such as Ferrari's, Porsches etc.... (thats IF they dont crash first!).

Cops up this way drive BMW's mostly these days, 3 series, 5 series etc. There are still marked Volvo estates in the speed trap fleet mind, but they have several unmarked Beemers that are harder to spot than the old unmarked Omegas of yesteryear seeing how BMW's are ten a penny in the area.
I was told that there is an unmarked 6 series BMW in the area although I have not seen it myself. I also understand there are one or two unmarked superbikes on the go too.

I had an evo X undercover up my backside last month, riding so close couldn't see his numberplate and he flashed me, decided to give it a run for its money... I'm in court in July for driving without due care and attention, couldn't do me for speeding as his equipment wasn't working
But I do know it is my own fault for putting my foot down and will accept anything I am given in court
Not keen that they were so close to my bumper though doing 60 in the first place, he flashed me to move over but I wasn't aware it was a copper
