I think people are all getting hung up on figures

sure, a K04 "might" be abe to push 300bhp (although I doubt it can actually flow this much....maybe on a happy dyno)...but at what peak power and for how long...egt's, and at the risk of the turbo = cracky cracky

you have to ask yourself, is it worth pushing for the magic 300 number for the sake of risking parts of the engine. I know my answer already

I think these results and figures are to be taken with a large pinch of salt (I emphasise the word "large)...

VVT will help spool on larger turbos when employed, but how it creates more flow top end is the question I have. Not seen one, so who knows.. but too often we all hear of claims which rarely get realised. I am a sceptic for most things until I see it for myself
 
Anyway back on topic lol...

The Wheels have been finished and Luck Amazing that anthacate is immense ive also Re painted my Brembo Brakes with black brembo Decals can anyone guess the colour..

They look fantastic Yet Different..

Im going to do stage 2 for a while along with my forge actuator...i couldnt Get my Pipeworx as i needed to spend the £300 on the misses (had To be done)...but Nothing next months pay cant sort out

This was the only thing that i was waiting on and they arrived this morning so a big thanks to Pete @ IE for this and Super fast Deleivery too...At least it will be a strong engine Now Nice and fresh too Ready for what ever upgrade i deside to do in the future(If any)

What was the total cost for the rods mate, any charges or duty to be paid.
 
**** Yehhh!!!! Bottom End is all built up and Sump is on too along with Oil feed...Heads going on tomorrow But thats down to my mate....The Piston swaping was a right ****er!!!:lol:

Also My Brembos are Decal'd and Laquer & Jesus there Bright lol my newly painted wheels make the LCR look soooooo Much Better...
