no worries maz your input is always respected

will log block 11 when i get a chance - bill logged the boost up there today maybe he can post it for me
 
They can spike especially when you initially put your foot down but it shouldn't be holding at 30psi.
 
Ah I see! So right boost then...still tale logs anyway so we can see what's what.

Spiking can be an issue on tdi's nearly all stage 1 maps I seen do it. Revo tdi maps get really good figures so 199bhp is awesome.

when the clutch is sorted - no worries

new problem this morning - not sure if it is cold related but I had the battery lamp come on and off briefly, this indicates alternator I believe will have to test when I get home as I have no meter at work

will VCDS detect this fault?

andrew cupra tdi has more than this we have very similar setups allthough he thinks his car is unmapped !!!

and noticed S3 AKR has a Leon FR TDi Mk1 - 202hp/310lbft Revo, Turbo Back Milltek, Pipercross Filter, Sachs Uprated Clutch (DMF),

so again not unlike mine

as I have a turbo back system - Revo - Carbonio CAI

I wouldnt worry "dyno lottery".

Hard to compare unless they went on the same dyno.

286 seems to be a fair reading for a stage 1.
try 385lbft for traction issues!

if we hurry up and plumb my boost gauge in , we can see what im boosting to see

yours is def pushing alot higher boost than mine , where as mine seems a smoother power delivery , than your agressive one , as said we should have a side by side run , both got same problem , can put power down in one go , have to feather the throttle ,


other than your map we run similar power and similar set ups with zorst and filters
