I must say that electroni handbrake is very good. First time I have it and i like it very much. I always use auto hold function, so basically never press any buttons when I park. Lets see how does it work in the winter.

order accepted yesterday for a 300 5dr dsg hatch, metallic + double boot floor + seat sound + acc + electric drivers seat with winter pack.

I was expecting 3 months, 6 was a bit of a shock. I'm hoping its worst case scenario and that they don't have proper dates at the moment due to the factory shut down. A friend was told 16 weeks early this year but it only took 10, that was a ST technology.
Thats the problem when you allow all these cheap lease deals.... production takes a lot longer.
Stop the lease deals in UK and people would get their cars a lot quicker.

Ordered Cupra 300 5dr DGS (with leather, sunroof and sound system) on 20th April.
Was told 15-18 weeks (mid to late August) and arrived at dealer mid of August (15 weeks).
However with only a couple of extra weeks until the 67 plate, told dealer to keep it and register on 1st September - only 2 more days to go !!!!!!!!

Newbie to the forum so little introduction - my name is Dan, I'm a 21 year old Retail Manager from the Kent area. Currently drive a 2016 VW Golf GTD Manual (Stage 2 map)
Just placed my order with IMG Seat up north near the Peak District which will make for an amazing first drive experience.
Spec is:
Cupra 300 5 door DSG
Nevada White Metallic (took me ages to decide and I'm still not 100%)
Sunroof
Winter pack
KESSY keyless entry and push button start
Seat Sound pack
Excited is not the word! Lead time said 14-16 weeks which pits it around Christmas/New year time. I was thinking of going to the golf R because i love my GTD but I think this is the best choice and the best value. I will miss the torque and the manual but I think the Cupra will more than make up for it in straight up thrust and DSG farts

ordered myself a silver cupra 300 5dr yesterday from img, fantastic deal! what can i expect to pay insurance wise anyone? i have 14 years no claims and am 34, anyone insured already and similar?
