So the Pegasus Ace is in dock at Barcelona. What are the chances of my car making it on this one? Will it be 3 ships missed? ..........

The Comet Ace docks in Barcelone the week after my car is due to be built. :cheeky:

Pegasus docked a week after mine was built ..... but wasn’t put on. The Comet Ace docked 3 weeks after it was built ...... but wasn’t put on. Let’s see if it gets on the Pegasus this time!!!

Haha, I am aware, I didnt win the lottery again on Tuesday so maybe my luck will win the Seat "car getting on the ship" lottery.

yeah, I wonder why LO think I won't have the car till past the 10th of Jan and thank you btw
It takes a good week for the ship to arrive in Grimsby. Regardless of which ship your car is on, your car wont be in the UK till mid to late December early January. And then the festive period will screw logistics here in the UK, plus festive dealership closures. I think 10th Jan is about right, if not a little optimisitc.

new to the forum - ordered a cupra 290 mag grey via zenauto on Monday. I am being told a 12 week lead time however I am unsure if this will be the case after coming across this forum. Worried and considering cancelling as my current car is due back on the 25th February. What do you think guys?

Worth the wait, I would stick with it and look in to an extension of your current lease.

Seats lead time for the hatch is 14 to 16 weeks. Given the current delays I’d go with 16 weeks and keep your fingers crossed there’s no delays at the docks

Ordered a standard MY2020 Mystery Blue through Nationwide on the 10th of October - I've had two emails since saying the estimated build week is this week (11/11/2019) with an estimated delivery mid December, which seemed believable... Then I found this forum

Got an update from Nationwide today. "Supplier" estimates the car will reach them on 20/12/2019

Hopefully mine gets on then as build week 48 which is week commencing monday
I’m with you I’m crossing everything possible that they push through a few to get them before Jan

if it’s mid January I half want to wait till March for new plate as it will depreciate the car straight away and only having it a month before new plates come out !!
