I need to chase down my first aid kit, so thanks for posting. I've got the VZ Edition and I haven't received a unique number, so I'll guess I need to chase that too? I did get the attached 'gift box' Welcome to the Tribe bracelet and key cover though.

Yeah regarding the number plaques, they will be fitted or sent to the owner but defo speak to your dealer.

I have mats, but they don’t look like that. No first aid kit, no limited number and no key fob And bracelet.

And Citygate Seat in Reading not responded to a single email in over a month...aftper a good start they have disappeared

Perfect example of "taken the money and you're forgotten". I would email the UK Cupra/Seat chief and tell him, I would be t you will get the first aid kit, key fob kit, wont hurt to try pal.

My VZ Edition number plaque has just arrived from my dealer, others from the '100' should be getting theirs soon?

Mine has also arrived....I get 006. Just awaiting a time slot to go into the garage and get all the missing bits.
Also as an update the guys at Cupra did indeed respond to my complaints, sped things up and threw in Cupra Care for the Formentor!

Good to hear Cupra are taking issues seriously and providing some form of recompense, Cupra Care would normally be £399 or £199 with finance, so not bad?

I was missing the VZ edition mats, the key fob and bracelet (not that I'd wear it) and the first aid kit...nothing major but makes a difference

Just got confirmation that mats, key cover/bracelet and first aid kit are included in Irish version, but not the number plaque ='/
