Leon Cupra 280 has been asking for oil in between changes quite often for a while now. Decided to remove the Ramair elbow and hose l'd upgraded.
Noticed some oil in the elbow and around the seal. Also noticed the PCV hose wasn't connecting 100% to the elbow. Everything is connected perfectly now with the OEM intake.
Fingers crossed now increased oil consumption now! ??

How old is the PCV valve? Also a good item to replace every now and then as it holds a diafragma which is susceptible to tear.

I had a little oil leak after replacing the PCV valve, the O-ring from the connecting pipe wasnt sealing anymore. I replaced the O-ring, but you can also order the pipe separately

Good advice. I’ve recently replaced the PCV valve and PCV hose. The tube wasn’t connecting fantastically to the Ramair elbow, but connects superbly to the OEM elbow.
