Can't find charging schedule....

Hi, Octopus Intelligent Go requires you to log into your Cupra Account (via a third party system that Cupra use). When the 3 pin charger (or other compatible charger) is plugged in, the car starts to briefly charge. I am no tecky but the car, via the third party, let's Octopus know you want to charge the car. From what I can see, Octopus then schedules the charge (something Cupra themselves seem to be unable to do currently).
You will already have set within the Octopus App how much you want the car charged to (probably 80%) and what time eg 8am. Octopus then sets a Charging Schedule to get it to that % by the time specified.
Whilst Octopus Intelligent Go has off peak rates from around 11.30pm to 5.30am, Octopus could decide to charge it outside of these times but will still charge you the off peak rate - it works faultlessly and once set up, as long as you don't need to change the % or the time, all you need to do is plug in the charger.
The Octopus App will then shortly display the schedule.

Thanks for this. I've successfully conned Octopus into thinking I have a CUPRA Formentor, but I can't seem to get it linked to my CUPRA Connect account. On its own, the CUPRA connect account shows I have a Leon, and that it is plugged in and charging, but when octopus tries to link to the CUPRA Connect account, it shows no vehicle linked to account. Any ideas, or have a done something stupid.

I also have the My Seat app. Both have the same username and password, and when I sign on to either, it shows the Seat Leon, and it's correct state. From within Octopus, I enter the same username and password, it seems to connect to something, and then says no vehicle connected. In the troubleshooting for that page, it says one problem might be that the car is not compatible (which of course it isn't

) .Tried it again this morning. Octopus is looking for a CUPRA Formentor, CUPRA Connect has a Seat Leon. The notes on the Octopus screen say that it interrogates the car for vehicle details. I'm not sure how this has ever worked for anyone 
I wonder if the problem is that IOG sees SEAT instead of Cupra. I think IOG works if the old ehybrid is chosen (SEAT Leon eHybrid (10.0 kWh)) but only gets 50% charge. Might be worth trying, or even try SEAT Mii Electric (32.0 kWh) and select 50% charge to get 80%.
I don't have IOG so just speculating. I need to do a complicated calculation to work out if it is cheaper for me than Agile Octopus, which is often cheapish for most of the day ... if you can get IOG to work.

Exactly this, driving me mad, Ohme says no car linked to my Cupra account when there is ... it's a 1.5, 2025 Formentor e-hybrid V2, Ohme Home Pro charger (so, I've just manually added the car specs in the Ohme app) ... Same login details used as in Cupra app itself ... and charging using Octopus Intelligent Go is the most hit and miss thing imaginable.I'm doing something stupid. What do you all have your battery 'charge to' both in the car ... and in the Ohme app and do you have nightly scheduling on in the Ohme app?
There's no scheduling/timing option available in the car ... is that 'coming soon' ?
The charger is fine, it charges our other car, Mazda CX60 overnight on Octopus Intelligent Go, works like a dream ...

Nice one, thank you. So, delete any/all 'routines' from the Ohme App? Or delete the Ohme App, full stop? As the Octopus app takes you into the Ohme one, when you go into update settings. We probably need that as we charge two separate cars on this charger, but only the Formentor causing an issue and have you selected the Formentor in the screen grab here, even though mine has a range of up to around 74 miles?
