Right... I did a motorway journey the other day in my 2.0 16v Cupra and only returned 28mpg but didn't really think anything of it. Been in my mate's 2.0 16v Ibiza today and on the same motorway journey he was doing 40mpg! Now, his car is currently standard... And I have a cat back...

Had mine in for poor fuel consumption no fault found x 2 now beeing called back for a possible leakage through the tandem fuel pump to sump!!This unit is fitted to the tdi cylinder head - will let you know the outcome . Seals have to stand 7.5bar min
