i've got a toledo (02 plate). a few months back the original (i presume) battery died in the cold. i changed it and ever since i noticed the tcs/esp light flickering slightly even when the key was out of the ignition. its now drained a brand new battery flat twice! taken it to my local garage...

Hi, Anyone help me with this one. Brake lights flicker/flash when applied and I suffer loss of power. This only happens when I actually have the lights turned on. Without lights on this doesnt happen. Brakes work fine. Totally baffled. Any ideas? Thanks

Just got my HIDS from diane-shop today 600k h7. all wired up correct and they just flicker for about a second when i turn the lights on, then just go off! have swapped around all the ballasts and bulbs etc still doing it! could it be the volts or battery power? I have an fr tdi and the battery...

I noticed the other day,while driving along my water temp dial and the petrol gauge on the dash were flashing,then they would stay on normally! It does this now and again when I go to turn my lights on?? Loose bulbs maybe!!

Hey was sitting at traffic lights this morning an when pulled away the tcs light flickered and i could hear a kinda grinding noise as if it was trying to prevent it from spinning was sitting in a queue at roadworks so i know i wasn't going fast enough for them to spin. Need a bit of help really. As the title says the Tcs light is flickering on and off.. Most days while its good weather i've had the tcs turned off anyway because its only a hinderance but because its flickering on and off it sometimes turns the Tcs back on again.... Its fairly intermitant so...
