vibration

~Just got my new wheels on (finally!) and there is a slight vibration at any speed, it doesnt worsen/lessen with slower/faster speeds. Is this just bcoz I have bigger wheels and lower profile tyres or could it be the wheels arent balanced properly ( altho they were balanced as new) Any ideas?
