1.9 tdi pd 130 problems starting?

Alright mate, basically i tried lots of things and in the end i had to bite the bullet and go for the injectors, so i fitted injectors with new seals, and it ran fine with a little smoke still but it seemed to clear and did start fine a few times.....

ANYWAY i did about 200miles and it was fine and then driving home one evening it went bang and a conrod came through the block so now it's tottally ruined needs a new engine and gearbox as that cracked too, so i don't know what to do with it now lol

but the tandum pump was going to be the next thing on my list

Sounds like it must have been a big end problem causing the oil problem. Also if it's just the clutch area of the box that's damaged you could just swap the bell housing from another knackered box.

Dash problem would show on the vagcom

Sorted mine Ibiza today it woz a fuel blockage and the fuel filter woz knackered after replacing that and flushing the system it started straight up no probs

Camshaft Postion Sensor, seems to be a common accurance on some TDi's if you plug it in to VAG im sure it will come up with something like that - hope it helps

i was going to suggeest fuel prob, but that wouldnt put a con rod through the engine!

If you change the fuel filter and dont prime the new one, it starts up then cuts out and gives the oil pressure symbol, mainly due to all of the dry cranking

either bottom end ran dry/oil pump knackered - definately big problem downstairs!
