2 Coolant Expansion Tanks?

Just a curiosity really. Under the bonnet of the Leon Phev there seems to be 2 coolant tanks. One of them also appears to be sealed with a an anti tamper lock with VW technical services on it.

Any idea why the 2 and why the 2nd one is tamper proof? Or have I got the complete wrong end of the stick and this is something else.

I suppose that makes sense. I suppose it didn't really cross my mind that the battery powered motor would need cooling to such an extent. The tamper proofing also intrigued me a bit too

Yes. The high voltage battery has its own cooling circuit.
