Please excuse my naivety, I'm still getting my head around the whole upgrading thing!
Would these discs fit my Cupra TDi?

It says I wouldn't need to upgrade the callipers but is it wise to do so?

Since ive had the car, I have noticed the braking isn't as sharp as I would like it,
especially as it had new brakes and pads all round when I bought it! Considering the acceleration, I feel it should stop just as quick!

I thought these were a good price but is it better to buy a better branded name?

Any advice or general pointers very welcome :)

Cheers

as said plenty of answers as this is basically a 312mm upgrade as you have 288mm, all you will need is 312mm carriers and the disks ;)

status subject to change
another way to improve braking would be to look into different pads. for examples the ferrodo DS2500

also it may well be that the brake fluid is well overdue a change. Again get some decent fluid and take time to bleed it properly.

Cool thx for the info chaps!

Think I will look into better pads and a fluid change before considering new discs.

Whats the biggest sized discs you can fit behind a set of 18" alloys without customizing it to much?
