what you mean backhander? Warranty are paying they won't and can't pay for anything towards the bonnet stone chips? Like I said I have seen their labour fees no way I am going to get them to paint it I can get it done at reasonable price localish through ex work colleague so all good.
pay cash to somebody in the gargage (whoever is dealing with it i suppose), say £40 to get the sprayer to do the bonnet as well. Both are benefitting! Although dealers will prob have measures in place to avoid stuff like this happening
Yeh not gonna happen you can't just walk in the bodyshop in fact it is down the road from where you drop the car. They can't just do that anyway warranty is very strict everything is written down and labelled to ensure the dealer gets paid by Seat warranty. I know as I work for a dealership. I will be without the car for a few days as it is so will want it back pronto depending on where I go for other work will hopefully get a courtesy car.

yep am fed up with walking to work across 3 muddy field in the wind and gales we are having!
Current plans are to get my alloys done again with Chrimbo money from my Dad, new colour but still not 100% on colours maybe, blue, orange or purple with candy effect if possible!

Update car had new wing, paintwork blended into door had a chemical reaction and turned grey, had to wait a month for Seat to book me back in currently being re done as I type. However the other wing has had rust bubbles appear and they cannot do it now as the warranty man is away so gonna have to go back a 3rd time now! When I get the car back it needs a service and I think I will get the rest of the Milltek system fitted.
Yeh if I could sell it I really would but I have to move out at some point this year so have money saved up for that.
Dunno to be honest had it 2 years nearly I bought it when Awesome were having 20 year anniversary sale and all Milltek's were on back order as they were selling them so cheap!
Oh yes also planning to get my wheels powder coated again if I ever decide on colours currently looking at candy red or orange or a mix of the two maybe.
