Rear ARB does make a good difference on standard suspension, Aimez. I had my rear ARB on for an=bout a week before the coilovers went on.

Stiffest setting is the place to be, dont even bother with any other settings.

don't take it to seriously, i was pretty wasted last night :headhurt:

But did you had to fit the ARB from an RS cause there aren't any avaliable for an ibiza? Cause i went looking for a short time this morning and couldn't find one .

ARB arrived today:D Will fit this weekend.
Also a guy from Bumpers across the road from my work came to look a a dent in one of the courtesy cars and I asked him how much it would be to spray a cupra bumper for me. He said he would give me some discount as they do alot of work for us and said about £110 and he could order the bumper for me as they will get 20% discount. So this may be the next thing as need it to go with the new Milltek.

Facelift rear bumper will make a huge difference, go for it if you can get it at a reduced price, will be well worth it :)

Axle stands are about £15 from Halfords iirc, so not too costly and can be used again and again lol. I jsut used the jack from the boot to raise the car enough to put the stands under. Did the job fine, though i'm sure a trolley jack is a much safer way to do it.

Well we my uncle does have both but I want my own and they will be a good investment. Just discovered everoyne I know is going on holidays this year and I am not so I really don't care now spend spend on the car!

Does anyone think £110 is good price for spraying the bumper, I have seen alot of examples of their work so know they are good, they are called Bumpers so they are used to it?

£110 i think that sounds reasonable. your not suggesting bumpers are for bumping are you?

Nice FR, I'm going for the black-on-black look as well for my ride.

Could you tell me where you found the FR mats on Ebay?

Black on black is not everyone taste but I like it! I can't remember it was a while ago I got the mats, someone posted a link on here ages ago. There is a car mats thread in the mk4 section now and someone has an ebay link try that?

You will love the difference the ARB makes! Get it on the stiffest setting... It is definitely one of the best mods I have done to my FR and lives up to the hype from other members on here. :funk:

I know a shop on Ebay but they only sell the ones you can get at the dealer, not custom ones.

I will have look at it, thx.

do you perhapse got pictures of the anti roll bar and strut brace fitted? i picked them up today at local dealer and the car's goiing lower this friday. would like it if it all can be fitted togheter. total sacrifice of comfort for better handling, probably's gonna be a lot of d touring... I did find a guy who perposed me a price of 240€ to repaint my wheels in black ... thrust it or just not possible? what do you say? don't know what to think of it.

greetings, dries

I have not got any pics yet as have been sent the wrong parts, see pics of fitting herehttp://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=152177
Strut brace is well easy, but you are lowering it so you obviously know how to fit things.
Black wheels sound good to me

we cant lower the car ourself here. Got to be a licenced professional and we need to have a cirtificate to be legal.... but wouldn't be hard though, you can do it yourself to with a proper tutorial or manual...

Bad times, Aimez. Anything stolen or just the window smashed?

No maybe there were scared off, watched some CCTV but it was really late and I just wanted to go home. I had taken the face of my head unit off as I always do, managed to tape the window up and it has stayed in place. Can't sort out the tyre until Monday no where is open on a Sunday, hope it can be repaired as not had it on long! Definitely a puncture as felt it earlier in the day when driving round but thought it was me. Just had a call they have the glass in stock so can replace it this afternoon.
