Great my wheel is bent now are trying to get the wheel nuts off the iron slipped and took some wheel paint with it. Back to the wheel refurb place on Monday along with my spare vRS wheel as I don't know if you can fix bent wheels. The tyre has a big gash in the side wall I did not realise it was that flat! Car not looking well with giant plaster on the window filthy dirty and horrible wrong sized spare wheel

Sorry to hear your bad trouble, hope that get it sorted soon. Least you have a spare VRS wheel, that you can painted up if the other is bent. Are you doing the glass on your Insuranrce?

oh thats really not not good. the wheels refurb place normally can sort the bent wheels out if there not to bad as a friend of mine had a badly bent wheel repaired once it was bent behind the spokes.
what town was it?

What area of the wheel is bent? I've hit some pretty big potholes with my vRSs and they've stood up quite well

Just had the glass man here to change the glass cost me £70 excess. He tried to bang out the dent in my wheel with a rubber hammer for me after whining I had got him out of bed on his day off (er I rang them at 11:30am!) lol!
I think I must have hit a hole and that is causing the puncture maybe, can hear the air coming out when my dad tried to top it up. There is not a gash in the side wall as I said we though there was but we were wrong dunno what we were seeing?!It's bent on the edge where to tyre meets the wheel. I do have a spare vRS wheel but the tyre on it is bald and too fat to even fit on the car and it is not refurbed. Will take it tomorrow but I will have to get the paint on it sorted after the carnage the tyre iron caused.

Dropped my wheel of at the re furbishers the boss remembered me and said they can heat it and bend it none of the paint where it is bent is damaged so obviously a pot hole. Course heating it ruins the paint but cos the stupid crappy tyre iron slipped off and chipped the paint I need it re coated anyway. Hopefully they can save the tyre as well so picking it up Thursday lunchtime, phew!
Praying I get my ARB U bolts and Milltek before the Southern meet but will have to wait and see Awesome are doing all they can to help me.

Yeh got them from screwfix as suggested look like a 5 year old painted them red but for that price who cares!

Got my longer U bolts for the ARB, not got my wheel was worse when they took the tyre off so getting it back on Wednesday, sigh
