airbag ecu location????

any idea where it is before I take the whole car apart

light on the dash in on and the vagcom says its the airbag ecu

cant remember but it did say about the airbag ecu fault

is it around the gear stick area ?

yer it is but disconnect battery before touching it for 10 minutes. its on top of tunnel at the front
